How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add the items you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes. COD eligibility is confirmed at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days in metro cities and 5–8 business days elsewhere after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999, with a flat ₹49 fee below that.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order any time from the My Orders page in your account, where you'll find the latest status and tracking details.
What is your return policy?
We offer easy 7-day returns on eligible items that are unused, unwashed and have their original tags and packaging. Raise a return request from the order page and our team will guide you through the next steps.
How do I cancel an order?
Open the order from My Orders and choose Request Cancellation. Your request is reviewed by our team; once approved, the order is cancelled and any paid amount is refunded automatically. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
How do refunds work?
Once a return or cancellation is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
How do I choose the right size?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurement charts for women's and men's wear, along with tips on how to measure yourself. When in doubt between two sizes, we suggest sizing up.
Do I need an account to shop?
Yes, a quick account keeps your orders, addresses and wishlist in one place. You can sign in securely using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).
