Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is packed and handed to our courier partner, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take slightly longer.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to weather, courier delays, regional restrictions or festive-season volumes.

• Free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹999.
• A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.
• Any applicable charges are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD availability is confirmed at checkout.

You can track your order any time from the My Orders page. If a tracking link hasn't updated for a few days, please reach out and we'll investigate right away.
